This was my first time ordering with chaiwalitx and I love it. First of all the tea tastes delicious. This is nothing like what you get at supermarkets. Secondly, their customer service is amazingly great. I had forgotten to use the free shipping code and paid for shipping, but it was refunded to me. That’s huge typically companies don’t refund shipping costs. They’re getting repeat business from me, for sure!
