ingredients:
2 teaspoons blend
1 cup milk of choice
brown or granulated sugar, to taste
recipe for 1 cup (8oz):
1. put 8 oz of milk in a small sauce pan on stove
2. turn on stove to medium-high setting
3. stirring occasionally, let milk come to a boil
4. reduce heat to medium
5. add 2 teaspoons of blend
6. continue to stir until your chai is a dark tan color and comes to a boil again
7. remove from heat
8. using a strainer, strain your chai into a cup
9. add sugar, to taste
