If you are unsatisfied with our products for any reason, please reach out to hello@chaiwalitx.com to start your refund process within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once your order is received on our end, we will refund back to your original form of payment within 7-10 days. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund.
